Hello! I'm Hayley.

I am a serial venture-backed startup founder, product manager, and writer with expertise in consumer tech and AI.

I'm a Y Combinator alumni, Forbes 30 Under 30 board member, and Co-founder of Lunchclub, the world's first AI superconnector backed by a16z, Lightspeed, and more with a $100+ million valuation. Lunchclub has connected millions of professionals around the world for jobs, mentorship, and more.

My writing has appeared in Inc, Forbes, and Thrive Global. I was named a Forbes 30 Under 30 2020 for Consumer Technology, one of "15 Entrepreneurs Under 30 to Watch Out For" by Entrepreneur Media, a Silicon Valley Business Journal "Woman of Influence 2021,"  "Rising Star of the Year" by Women in IT Awards, and a 2020 OBO 100 Innovator

For my inclusion and diversity advocacy work, I was featured in BBC World Service, BBC 100 Women, Tech Forward, OZY, Founded By, Women in Tech, and ABC 7 News. I was named a "Top Tech Influencer" by IVY Magazine, included in 20 On The Rise 2018, and "Most Influential Women in Tech" alongside Sheryl Sandberg and Katrina Lake. 

I was named a distinguished alumni from the University of Colorado at Boulder where I graduated early with honors. I also studied Technology and Innovation as well as International Management at Stanford University. 

I am a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, certified yoga instructor, and extremely slow runner based in the Bay Area.
